3.4 Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your syabas99 account or any associated balance to any third party.
3.5 syabas99 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on syabas99 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). syabas99 does not apply internal currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may impose charges which are outside syabas99's control.
4.2 syabas99 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change. syabas99 does not charge fees on standard deposits; minimum and maximum limits apply per transaction.
4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method supporting outward transfers. This requirement is in place for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
4.5 syabas99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
4.6 syabas99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals on behalf of third parties. All funds deposited into a syabas99 account must originate from a payment account held in the same name as the registered syabas99 account.

6.1 Each game and betting product available on syabas99 is governed by its own set of game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically provide otherwise.
6.2 All bets placed on syabas99 are final once confirmed. syabas99 does not accept requests to void bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except where a technical error has clearly occurred.
6.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or any other system error that affects game results, syabas99 reserves the right to void the affected round. Pending bets at the time of a technical fault will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy, which generally results in the voiding of affected bets and the return of stakes to players' accounts.

10.1 syabas99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
10.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held until the investigation is concluded. syabas99 will make reasonable efforts to complete investigations promptly.
10.3 Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed Terms breach, syabas99 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, subject to applicable law and the nature of the breach established.
10.4 Players may request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, syabas99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or data loss.
11.2 syabas99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the balance held in the player's account at the time the claim arises.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the syabas99 platform shall first be submitted to syabas99 customer support for resolution through the internal complaints procedure.
12.2 Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before commencing formal legal proceedings.

13.1 syabas99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at syabas99.one/terms-conditions.
13.2 Where amendments are material, syabas99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
